How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, this means we strive to dispatch your order within one working day of it being placed (subject to payment authorisation and stock availability). If there is going to be a delay for any reason, we will let you know as soon as we can.

Delivery times are based on standard working days (Monday to Friday). We ship orders ever day Monday to Friday. Order placed before 2 pm will be shipped the same day. All orders are shipped within 3 days of order confirmation.

How much is delivery?

We use Royal Mail and a number of couriers to ship our orders. Please see our DELIVERY AND RETURNS section for shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.

Can I track my order?

You will receive two emails once you have placed your order and provided us with a valid email address. The first confirms that your order has been received and will contain your payment receipt, this e-mail should arrive within 24 hours.

The second confirms that your order has been posted (any tracking information will be included) this email should arrive within 1 business day following authorisation of your debit/credit card and verification of your information.

What is your refund / exchange policy?

At Natures Health and Wellbeing, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns Policy for full details.

All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and be in unopened, saleable condition.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please ensure your order is correct prior to placing it as we are limited in our ability to make changes to orders once they have been submitted. Cancellations on orders or subscriptions must be cancelled by 9am the day the order is due to be raised in order to be removed from the shipment area.

We are unable to cancel orders after 9am on the day scheduled for dispatch. This is because once our warehouse team has processed your order we are unable to retrieve it. As a reminder, we send out an email 3 days before each subscription renewal is due.

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.

Product availability?

We always try to ensure our products are in stock and ready to deliver to you. However, some products may be more popular than others. If we do not have stock when you place your order, you will receive an email advising you of this.

Any ingredient natural or synthetic can trigger an allergy, we recommend trying the product on a small area of your skin first. Remember if you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we offer a 30-day no quibble money back guarantee.
